Job Description Summary
The Manager for Global EHS Performance and Data will support the Global EHS function with regards to data management and reporting activities as well as in daily administrative tasks, planning, communication and coordination.
In the role you will manage global EHS performance and related data in order to provide transparency as decision basis for senior leadership.
The position is part of the LM Wind Power EHS team and will report to the LM Wind Power EHS leader
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Support the LM Wind Power EHS team to ensure consistency, quality, rigor, on time and efficient reporting for P&L & Business Consolidation (weekly, monthly etc.
Timely data extraction and validation. Preparation of first draft presentation for management validation.
Monitor progress regarding programs / culture in order provide valuable information to the program leaders to anticipate / prevent risk and trends of EHS events / I&I.
Project Management coordination. Ensure deadlines are met and drive and follow up on eg. campaigns. Monitor regional excellence in GE EHS programs including Framework 3.0
Administration and archiving : ensure compliance, meeting deadlines and follow up on actions, plan and coordinate meetings, incl.
meeting minutes, support on travel activities.
Quality Management Process Owner for EHS (LM Wind Power BMS). Maintain EHS processes.
Communication via Intranet : ensure up-to-date information, proactive and creative approach in building the EHS Intranet.
Preparation of global EHS documents.
Support global certification processes.
Provide assistance should a major EHS incident or event occurs
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with a major in EHS area
Min. 5 years of experience in an administrative and / or coordinating position
Experience in project participation and coordination of project activities
IT flair with experience in Microsoft Office and MS Sharepoint
Fluent English language skills, both in writing and oral
Flair for creating structure and transparency in a dynamic context
Desired Characteristics :
Experience with one or more GE businesses within the region
Internal LM trainings / qualifications
Knowledge of GE's EHS programs and systems (Gensuite, ComplyWork, SCX etc)
Written and verbal communication skills including the ability to prepare presentations
French, Spanish or Danish language is considered an advantage
