What you’ll be doing :
Modeling and optimizing business processes
Collecting business requirements and decomposing them into backlog elements
Define user stories implementation design and acceptance criteria
Designing the functionality in accordance with the client’s needs and good UX practices
Doing cost-benefit analysis for the solutions being implemented
Preparing project documentation
Assuring the realization is consistent with the system’s business architecture
Supporting acceptance testing
Working directly with our international clients
What will you need?
Minimum 2 years of experience as an analyst or consultant at an IT company
Experience with Scrum-type teamwork will be a plus
A desire to develop your skills with Salesforce
Good command of English (at least B2)
Ability to design business software, taking into consideration process diagrams and data models
Familiarity with the techniques of collecting business requirements and decomposing them
Good grasp of UML and / or BPMN
Familiarity with the methodology of carrying out IT projects
Ability to prepare IT system documentation
We work mainly with communications and real estate companies if you’ve worked in those industries, we’d love it if you shared your experience with us
Business Analyst / Product Owner certificate will be a plus
