    In this role, you will consult with professional members of our endorsed associations to sell professional liability insurance products as well as cross-sell all available product offerings.

  • The Right Candidates Will Have :

  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance brokerage, carrier, or related insurance sales and a track record of financial success
  • College degree and current insurance license preferred
  • Prior experience selling lawyers professional liability, or other professional liability insurance, is preferred
  • Proven ability to work with senior-level management and have an executive presence
  • Must be personable and highly motivated to grow personal success
  • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Presents a consultative, positive and resourceful approach to dealing with prospects, clients and associates
  • Excellent listening skills with strong customer focus
  • Goal orientation, highly resilient and coachable
