Like this one. You will join our Sales team based in Madrid, Spain,, we are looking to hire a : Key Account Manager Southern Europe About the Role : Due to the rapid growth we are experiencing in our ConsumerAudio - EMEA division, we are opening a brand new office in Madrid, Spain.

If you love our brands and want to be part of the exciting opportunity, then read on!We are searching for a Key Account Manager to focus on the Spanish market, you will be the first on the ground and will work with the Sales Director to set up and grow the region.

This is a big task and we want high energy, results and data driven individuals with a proven record of accomplishment within Spain managing National Key Accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales (both sell-in and sell-out) at outlet level and excellence at the point of sale to achieve store level objectives. What You Will Do :

  • Work in collaboration with the Supply Chain, Sales Support and Business Administration teams.
  • Drive, nurture and optimize existing account and distribution relationships, alongside new business development.
  • Design and implement the national account plans for your region.
  • Monitor and report competitive trends and market developments, proposing strategies as appropriate.
  • Manage the merchandising and promotional support for the relevant outlets.
  • Develop sell-out oriented marketing activities for the accounts.
  • Analyse sales results and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Develop forecast for your accounts.
  • Focus on optimized product mix (push sales / volume / brand).
  • Act as the escalation point for the Sales Support team when dealing with order related topics.
  • Work with the centralised supply chain team to monitor customer stock situation.
  • Reduce sales cost for cost optimization.
  • Utilise Salesforce to keep records of all customer contacts, sales proposals and conversation reports up to date.
  • What You Need :

  • At least 5 years of sales or business development experience within the consumer industry or high-tech industry and / or at a relevant customer.
  • In depth knowledge of the customers in the region.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and oral plus fluent Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
  • Understanding of modern replenishment tools proven proficiency in MS Office.
