Reebok Brand Brand & Publishing

  • Support the Brand Comms Manager :
  • Media campaigns (mainly Digital) working together with Media agency and Europe Team.
  • Support to transcreation / adaption of campaign materials from Global to Local agency (OLIVER).
  • Support the Digital Specialist on Brand asset publishing content presentations.
  • Support the PR Manager & Athletes Manager on product seeding and analyzing social impact results. .
  • Support in monthly brand KPIs reporting, campaigns & actions recap.
  • Support in the control of Brand& Publishing Budget (contact finance / Procurement areas if necessary / Vendor’s purchase orders support).
  • Support in other admin tasks : Risk prevention documentation for events
  • Reebok Brand - CTC / Omnichannel :

  • Give support to Omnichannel Managers :
  • Support in coordination and execution of the Omnichannel Marketing campaigns (Digital & POS).
  • Support in the control of Omnichannel Budget (contact finance / Procurement areas if necessary).
  • Coordinate risk prevention and legal texts of activations.
  • Coordinate Shop in Shop graphic changes.
  • Collaborate in Sales projects & sell-in needs : Showrooms, catalogues, product descriptions, SMM preparation, sales manuals
  • Give support to Product Category Managers :
  • Prepare weekly recap-analysis presentations for product managers : provide sell through and sell-in analysis cross category, key concepts, sales channels & accounts.
  • Support on Micro Strategy Reporting. Execute and monitoring business analysis : total level, category level, collections, accounts, article level.
  • Support on gathering new and relevant Europe content and create a weekly newsletter with key cross functional information to update the local sales force.
  • Coordination with Marketing Operations in activating new in season articles & sample tracking (Inline & Fashion).
  • Maintain accurate documentation of business processes

  • University degree related to Business or Marketing (Knowledge of Digital marketing is a plus).
  • Communication skills, energetic team player & creative mindset.
  • Complex thinking ability and analytical skills.
  • Multitasking and organizational skills to deal with different projects at same time.
  • Wide knowledge of internet and social networks.
  • Fluent Spanish & English (written / verbally).
  • Microsoft Office advanced level (Excel and Power Point).
  • MAXIMUM 2 years of previous experience.

  • 12 months full time (40h per week) internship program in our headquarters in San Cugat del Vallés (BARCELONA)
