Leading international company.FUNCTIONSOur client is a leading international company, currently seeking for a VP for the Research team across the EMEAA region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible of designing the strategy of the brands at linear and non linear level, focused on the digital environment.
This will include content performance tracking, analysis, evaluation, and reporting. You will lead projects across the region encouraging growth initiatives, through a combination of design thinking and business strategy methodologies.
As key responsibilities you will :
Direct and implement an organization's research and development policies, objectives and initiatives at a regional Level.
Consult with top management, research and development teams and make recommendations based on research findings and product performance.
Create functional strategies and specific objectives for the Region.
Provide strategic program analysis for planning purposes .
Conceptualize and conduct proprietary quantitative and qualitative studies resulting in strategic reports and actionable insights for key stakeholders
Design and commission ad hoc and ongoing quantitative and qualitative research needed to support the channels and the Digital Media business.
Anticipate / advise programming / scheduling department on pertinent performance is-sues.
Use ratings data to optimize schedule for premieres, stunts, marathons, specials etc.
Responsible and coordination for regular ratings / performance data gathering.Our ideal candidate will :
Have at least 10 years’ experience in Media research, TV ratings and digital analytics.
Strong experience with quantitative research, including survey design, sampling plans and analysis, and brand trackers.
Experience with qualitative research, analyzing qualitative research and cultural analyses.
Proficiency in developing clear narrative and storytelling in presentation, visually and in writing.
Good understanding of advanced analytics including data visualization tools
Ability to be diplomatic with a high level of cultural sensitivity
Demonstrated a high tolerance for ambiguity and change
Strong communications skills; you know how to translate complex data into easy to understand, actionable insights.
