Job Description
We are looking for a talented Partner Operations Manager to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have good experience in partner sales operational processes and reporting.
You will employ a combination of excellent analytical and communications skills and work closely with a team of highly motivated professionals distributed across the World.
Partner Operations Manager Responsibilities
Be the main point of contact for the Partner sales team on any operational support they may need
Assist the deal desk on quote processes, pricing, configuration, terms and approvals, which involve partners
Create rules of engagement, policies and processes for Partner sales
Perform comprehensive Partner sales reviews and analysis
Work with cross functional teams / counterparts to support new initiatives involving Partners
Responsible for managing all Operations projects involving Partners
Ensure processes and systems accurately reflect and support our Partner program
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and growth of the Partner sales
Develop best practices for reporting Partner activity and sales
Qualifications
BA / BS degree
3-5 years of relevant experience in partner operations or related field
Good working knowledge of Partner ecosystem
Deep SFDC expertise and knowledge of enterprise tools
Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
Self-starter with ability to drive projects to completion
Strong interpersonal and communication skills effective across all levels of management
Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with other teams and departments
Partner Portal experience preferred
B2B experience preferred
