Business Integration and New Capability team will implement and develop new capabilities to be absorbed as part of the SCP CoE, ensure integration with current capabilities of SCP (SCCORE and Legacy), track the Value Realization of the SCCORE SCP Program against agreed targets and will be in charge of setting up the CoE governance, implement KPI and action plans required to secure process adherence and value delivered.
In this context the main duties of the Business Integration & New Capability Leader are :
Build the New Capabilities detailed planning aligned with SCCORE program key milestones and SCCOPE timelines
Organize work to provide deliverables with quality and on-time
Coordinate with other streams to secure domain consistency
Identify risks, build the mitigation plan and escalate when required
Design the detailed business requirements for the new capabilities (General Design, Detailed Design) in consistency with Architecture guidelines
Specify detailed business rules for new capabilities
Design new capabilities detailed target business processes with roles and responsibilities (RACI)
Detailed KPIs requirements
Secure buy-in of the new capabilities SMEs
Design detailed process for VR follow up and propose action plans for alignment
Get an alignment on business end state with the SMEs network, create momentum and get buy-in on the business target and initiate change management :
Perform business gap analysis for the stream
Identify impacted population and qualify impacts
Contribute to the stream change management plan by interacting with SMEs and the change relay network during the design phases
Contribute to the stream communication plan
Build stream training material and adapt it to the different impacted population when required
Master Degree in Business Management / Supply Chain or Logistics
Demonstrate a good track record in the stream area, preferably in a Pharmaceutical / Consumer Products industry
Strong Knowledge in Supply Chain area, preferably Planning - min 10 years
Hands on experience implementing transformation projects in Supply Chain
Experience translating business needs into process and implementation requirements in an IT implementation environment
Experience working in program mode
