PTC is not currently hiring for this role; however, we are always looking for talented people globally! Our Field Enablement team is built up of creative and passionate individuals, who make up a dynamic, industry-leading team that is laser-focused on ensuring governance to capture partner requirements, executing standard onboarding and skill building programs, and providing insight via reports and analysis.

This is an exciting team that works closely with senior leaders, and is responsible for coordination across multiple enablement resources.

What we do :

  • Executing a standard governance model with local and corporate PTC partner leadership, based on a quarterly and annual cycle.
  • Working with PTC direct partners and VADs to execute standard onboarding and skill building programs (sales methodology, sales process, etc.).
  • Ensuring that individual learners are completing the assigned learning paths.
  • Providing status reports to PTC partner and enablement leadership, including learning program completion.
  • Providing feedback from partners and partner managers to the appropriate enablement leader on the effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Working within the Partner Enablement team to develop and maintain standard processes, templates, RACI matrices, etc.
  • Participating in, and contributing to the agenda of local partner focused meetings.
  • Traveling to meet with larger partners and VADs (approximately 25% travel).
  • Preferred Skills and Experience :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various communication styles.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and thorough.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Results and solution oriented.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 7 to 12 years of professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in one of the following : Partner management, Partner operations, Sales enablement, Program management.
