In BioMérieux Iberia we are looking for a Clinical Application Specialist Apprentice based in Madrid. Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support, customer training, troubleshooting and consultation to internal and external customers for the implementation and maintenance of the systems marketed by bioMérieux and the reagents consumption.
  • Coordinate efforts with other cross-functional departments to provide world-class customer service and support through the promotion of teamwork and cooperation spirit

  • Coordinate and provide technical ongoing support to bioMérieux systems and reagents consumption : pre-installation, technical installation, configurations, connections, training on customer site.
  • Provide consistent follow up of the Installed Base to ensure customer satisfaction and meet minimum key performance indicators.
  • Participate in revenue generation initiatives through promotion of value added products and services, while developing and strengthening customer and market relationships that result in customer loyalty and positive referrals
  • Comply with quality, legal and ethical standards as well as company policies
  • Qualifications

    Studies and Experience : University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology or Chemistry.Specialization in Microbiology and Clinical parasitology : passing the MIR, FIR, BIR or QIR exam and having completed a 4-

    year residency in an accredited hospital Competences : Customer orientation, self-control and communicative skills.Ability to manage problems efficiently.

    Individual work capacity / autonomy and ability to work in teamsSpanish mother tongue or bilingualAdvanced English level, Portuguese will be a plus This positions will need a travel availability up to 50% throughout the Iberian peninsula and abroad for formations or concrete projects.
