Customer Insights Specialist

Barcelona, Catalonia

Provide support for the Trade Marketing decision making and management of the operational resources.

Specific responsibilities :

  • Data reporting Update monthly trackers and tools with IQVIA consumption data Assist to prepare customized reports to management when needed
  • Coordination of Display creation, development, distribution, and tracking Updating Display tracker actuals Coordinating with Sales department the process of the ordering / availability of displays, providing the updates on the current status of orders vs forecast Help in providing information for Promo Catalogue based on TMM request Help in building the composition of the displays
  • Customer meetings data support. Extract Data needed for : Customer Reviews and customer plans Ad-hoc sales meeting and internal meetings (Regional Business Reviews) Channel report for Sales force with monthly priorities, KPI review and best in class performance
  • Promos support
  • Campaigns support liaising with the agency
  • Folders management / Reposition pages
  • Reposition / Price Lists Pages
  • Wholesalers / MM Promotional pages support
  • Support to Sales Force
  • Sampling coordination, innovations distribution to the customers, and coordination of other Trade marketing initiatives
