As a Customer Service and Sales Manager, you will lead the customer service and sales of the company- s B2C. Personalized Medicine Department, reporting directly to the CEO.
You will be working closely with the Customer Service and Sales Specialist carrying out all tasks related to increasing and promoting the company- s technologies and services in different markets, focused primarily on physicians working in personalized and preventive medicine worldwide.
Responsabilities : - Customer administration : you will be providing customer service to all clients. - Completing all reports, paperwork and responding to all correspondence in a timely manner.
