Job description
As a member of the EMM-based team, he / she is tasked with sensor and intelligent power management IC test program development, IC characterization and qualification testing in the BU Intelligent Power Solutions.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Definition of IC test method and strategy.
Generation of full IC test programs for evaluation and production
Structured and organized approach to developing and verifying IC functions and specifications
Technical interface with EM design teams (local and remote)
Product engineering for assigned ICs
Support the BU technical leader in product test definition including technical analysis and test strategy
Interface with Quality, Design Services, Fab, Back-End
Interface with external customers when needed
Profile
MS-level academic background
5+ years of experience in relevant field
Ability to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team in a constructive and data-driven approach
Used to work in multicultural, multi-site team environment
Teamplayer, self-motivated, flexible
Professional requirements
Experience in all aspects of digital and mixed signal IC test development, from test architecture definition to release to fabrication
Solid background in test concepts for high volume consumer and industrial products
Experience in test hardware development and production tester functionality / operation.
C (or C++) and script programming skills for test systems
Advantage / welcome plus :
Experience with Eagle ETS tester platforms
Labview experience
Prior experience in sensor-oriented IC product a plus
Prior experience in RF testing a strong plus
Languages
English required, fluency in French highly useful
Ability to communicate with clarity and precision when interacting with internal and external groups
