Why SoftwareONE? Data Presales Specialist Madrid SoftwareONE the global leader in Cloud Services and Solutions is seeking Solutions Consultant to join a well-established Technology Services team that play a pivotal role in the success of our business.

A Technical Presales Specialist interacts with potencial customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow up discussions.

The role During the sales lifecycle your duties will be to : Understand the analytical needs of our customers and make the best technical proposal aimed at solving those needs.

This involves solving the customer's problem and coming up with a project that is the right choice. Analyze the options posed by the competition and demonstrate that for technical, organizational or price requirements SWO presents the best solution.

Support and coordinate the technical teams of the SWO analytics area to provide support in the meetings in which they are required and their participation is necessary.

Prepare the bid document with the technical description, architecture, scope, project plan and price. Involve the commercial and technical resources of the manufacturers (Google, Tableau, etc) in the sales processes to receive their support.

Lead the commercial offer until the acceptance of the offer by the customer, (closing of sale), working in teams with the commercial department (Territory Salesperson and Advanced Analytics Specialist Salesperson).

What we need to see from you At least 5 years of solid pre-sales experience in providing consulting services and technical delivery of software projects in a senior level position.

Demonstrated experience in delivering data analytics projects, with special focus on the manipulation, extraction and transformation part of big data as well as analytical DB modeling (BigQuery, RedShift, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.

Knowledge of cloud analytics architectures, with knowledge in all processes of creation, modeling and exploitation-analysis of a DataLake or DataWarehouse.

Demonstrated skills to lead the sales cycle and work autonomously. Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders (senior management, team members, customers, manufacturers and support staff).

Able to work independently and multi-task while managing multiple customer opportunities at once. Ability to work on own initiative and work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

Fluent English. The person joining will be part of a global Advanced Analytics practice so conversational English proficiency is a must.

A plus : Knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem of data solutions (BigQuery, PubSub, DataFlow, CloudRun, Composer,.
