  • Help and support with operational and administrative tasks;
  • Help and support CS Department with daily tasks;
  • Process information in Siebel and SAP;
  • React positively to problems / issues;
  • Actively work to understand CHEP’s business functions, systems and products;
  • Understand all CHEP systems and the use of data within those systems;
