Your objective is to be a strategic partner to the local leadership team and create the right operating environment to achieve the highest level of efficiency and drive our hyper-growth business.
This is a high impact scope with direct results on our revenue generation, service levels and customers satisfaction, as well as on our Sales & CS teams operational efficiency, satisfaction and fulfillment at work, and ultimately Payfits sustainable growth.
In your role, you will have the opportunity to : Act as sparring partner and chief of staff for the local country manager, being the force multiplier to optimize local operations Analyze data and leverage insights to identify operational or organizational opportunities Perform analytical deep dives to adapt our strategy depending on business performance Ensure all our models are in line with financial targets as well as operational day-to-day reality Navigate the realm of Payfit data and structure high performing metrics and dashboards Coordinate locally global efficiency and process-based projects Suggest and build solutions to improve our efficiency (organization, process, discoveries about new solutions) Design, test, implement and continuously improve local business process This job has been tailored for you if You have 3+ years' experience in customer or sales operations, consulting, finance or similar roles You speak both Spanish and English fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment You love to understand how organization works to improve the performance You are a strong problem solver and a data lover with outstanding analytical skills You are familiar with some or all of the following tools (or eager to learn them) : Excel, Looker, Salesforce You are a real team player with strong interpersonal who wants to build a big success story with us You are an autonomous, self-motivated and organized person Hiring process Initial validation of the application : added value, key achievements, motivations, job match.
