This role will blend three key areas for our Offshore Wind Chief Operating Officer (COO), namely project based analysis, communications and administration.
It is estimated that majority of the time will be spent on project based analytical & communication support with remaining on administration
Project Management & Analysis
The analyst will be expected to develop, manage and analyze projects, leveraging digital tools and leading-edge management practices, to deliver world class operational performance for the COO & his function and for Off Shore Wind in general.
In addition, the COO would like the EA & PM to work on developing and implementing the most effective and efficient Operating Cadence possible for the COO and his team.
The analyst will partner and support the Offshore Wind Chief Operating Officer with focus on to internal communication and engagement to drive change management for the program activities.
Will directly support the team to manage the digital tools and Libraries; providing a broad range of communications functions and services across Offshore Wind.
Typical admin functions of traveling arrangements, planning of meetings, expenses and other administrative functions that enable the COO to focus time on leadership and management.
This support may extend to members of the Senior Leadership team from time to time, e.g. meetings in Barcelona, but this may be limited.
Role Summary / Purpose
To provide support to the COO Offshore Wind in helping execute the functional plan by providing analytical, communication and administrative support.
Qualifications / Requirements
