The Candidate :
Skills and qualifications :
Expertise in hospital pharmacy automation is mandatory;
Understanding of IV compounding automation trends, challenges and opportunities;
Empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience.
Ability to maintain attention to detail and work well under pressure;
Ability to work in a team;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Independency and goal orientation;
Minimum education and training requirements :
Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technology, or equivalent education is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of the GMP guidelines;
Basic knowledge of the ISO Class ISO 146144-1 standard.
Experience requirements :
A minimum of three years in the pharmacy automation field, either in a technical or sales role. Alternative, equivalent experience as a pharmacist / pharmacy technician.
Other requirements :
Must be able to travel for this position;
Working knowledge of Spanish and English. Other languages are seen as an advantage.
Responsibilities :
Analyze the workflow and needs of hospital pharmacies in the target region;
Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospects and current users of the Pharmoduct solution, both at customer site and in tradeshows and congresses;
Support the Sales team in formulating the best proposal according to the customer needs;
Support the Sales team in answering to public and private tenders and RFP's;
Attend regional events championing the Pharmoduct solution;
Support R&D and Marketing in gaining knowledge of market trends and user preferences and needs in the target region;
Conduct research into the hospital pharmacy automation industry, including competitive intelligence;
Act as a product specialist for the Pharmoduct solution, providing support and knowledge to the local Sales team and acting as an expert in the field of hospital pharmacy automation.
