A global provider in the Online Shipping Industry is looking for an ambitious Customer Service Representative (m / f / d) to join their small team in Madrid.
With their technology, companies and private clients can ship any product with the shipping provider of their choice and that quick, cost friendly and backed up by a strong customer support.
After only 7 years on the market, they have already managed to establish their brand in whole Europe and the US. Nowadays they consist of around 100 employees, located in Madrid center and growing! Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader your tasks will be : Manage inquiries by Email, Phone and Live Chat;
Assist B2B and B2C customers with their questions, issues or doubts; Act as important interface between clients and couriers;
Identify and escalate issues when necessary; Compose thoughtful and accurate message responses in German and English; Collecting customers' feedback and reporting to the management;
Participating and independent implementation of Project work; We need someone with : Exceptional communication skills in German and English;
Experience with customer service or in the logistics environment is a plus; A Friendly, polite and patient attitude; Tech-savvy and familiar with online customer service platforms;
