Local Unit & Position Description

DNV, Business Area Energy Systems is seeking a People Consultant to join their People Team to support the growth and employee experience initiatives in one of their most diverse geographically widespread Region (SEMELA) and Business Unit (GPMS).

Together the unites consist of around 600 employees based mainly in Southern Europe, Middle East & Africa, Latin America and in other countries.

The ambition is to improve engagement, sense of belonging and to promote the DNV and Energy Systems strategy, culture and values cross countries.

You will be part of a passionate, international and dynamic People Team.

Main responsibilities (but not limited to) :

  • Support HR processes and maintenance of HR data within the BA.
  • Recruitment : Support in recruitment process mainly in Spain. Actively follow up on the hiring process - job posting, interviews and selection to ensure timely recruitment.
  • Support global employer branding project. Be responsible for International Internship Program

  • Onboarding : Coordinate pre on boarding and on boarding activities and formalities Support Line Manager in the process as required.
  • Clear any bottlenecks causing delays in onboarding. Engage in feedback culture by assessing effectiveness of the employee experience initiatives through onboarding interviews.

  • Off boarding : coordination activities and formalities. exit interviews and analysis. support for line manager in exit process.
  • HR Data Quality : HR organisation maintenance in the Oracle system. Quality check and maintenance of HR database.
  • Global Mobility : Supporting the global mobility for employees in the BA.

  • Position Qualifications

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2-3 year of prior work experience with people function within an international company.
  • Experience in Oracle will be an added advantage.
  • Data savvy - attention to detail and works with accuracy.
  • Motivation and strong interest in working in HR
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English, verbally and written
  • Preferably proficient in Spanish
