Local Unit & Position Description
DNV, Business Area Energy Systems is seeking a People Consultant to join their People Team to support the growth and employee experience initiatives in one of their most diverse geographically widespread Region (SEMELA) and Business Unit (GPMS).
Together the unites consist of around 600 employees based mainly in Southern Europe, Middle East & Africa, Latin America and in other countries.
The ambition is to improve engagement, sense of belonging and to promote the DNV and Energy Systems strategy, culture and values cross countries.

You will be part of a passionate, international and dynamic People Team.
Main responsibilities (but not limited to) :
Support global employer branding project. Be responsible for International Internship Program
Clear any bottlenecks causing delays in onboarding. Engage in feedback culture by assessing effectiveness of the employee experience initiatives through onboarding interviews.
