Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Supply Chain Manager, Project Manager, Technician, Customer Service, and sales team members in all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure that the day-to-day supply chain business results are achieved.
  • Front Windown with R&D, Purchasing, and Quality in the development phase. Linking supply chain with production in Motilla.
  • Manage supply change in the ramp-up phase
  • Manage supply change in the ramp-down phane - KPI obsolescence cost
  • Coordinate with production scheduler for 8-week schedule based on production capacity and potential supply chain shortfalls
  • Coordinate with purchasing and receiving for in-bound order statuses
  • Coordinate with R&D, Purchasing, and Quality to evaluate secondary suppliers for cost saving opportunities
  • Collaborate with IT team to implement effective systems
  • Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance
  • Communication with other departments to coordinate materials for production to achieve on-time delivery to customers
  • Creation and monitoring of Bill of Materials and Routings for responsible Material GroupsFlowing down Supplier Management Best Practices to suppliers which include risk mitigation and subcontract management plans.
  • Maintain and updates ERP and make sure accuracy level is optimum.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Your Skills & Strengths

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field..
  • Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and / or internationally may be required.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
  • English. Level C.
  • French Desirable
