Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate with Service areas and create Service Request (oracle) task (DPOD / AWS), and Parts orders, for all planned maintenance activities.
Maintain Planning team data base : PRO tool, DPAD / AWS task creation, tableau, and analytics dashboards, Box folders, etc.
Coordinate with Authoring Fieldwork team, and support maintenance checklist digitalization.
Train and support Service areas in Fieldwork App and Maintenance processes.
Coordinate with Parts team and Service areas, beyond other departments (engineering, fleet programs, TPM) on PM activities planning and tracking.
Maintain asset profile data base for EU fleet.
Focal point in EU for the analytics team, supporting deployment and implementation of OBM (Odometer Base Maintenance)
Responsible to maintain and upload task to the Oil Lubrication Management tool, and train service areas on the use of it.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Advanced experience in the Services & Administrative Support
High level skills in Excel and Tableau.
Technical knowledge in Wind Turbine Generators, ECO and GE technology, specifically in Preventive maintenance.
