The Account Manager also has proven track records of leading successful campaigns targeted to a wide range of stakeholders and demonstrated enthusiasm for new business development.

He / she is responsible for creating client programs, managing issues, providing input towards the direction of the area of expertise and helping to achieve the area’s financial goals.
Provides the highest level of client service on a daily basis through proactive account management
Supports the Area of Expertise Leader with daily management
Oversees day-to-day client projects and / or events to ensure the quality of work meets client’s objectives in a manner that provides value, serving as the client contact / lead
Plays a major role in the research, planning and development of strategic, comprehensive communications campaigns; leads successful campaigns targeted to a wide range of stakeholders
Contributes to new business process, including identifying new business opportunities
Leads research and preparation of KPIs and results
while also assisting in research and preparation of new business proposals required by the area’s KPIs
Provides strategic digital and non-traditional recommendations
Defines scope of work, oversees quality and operational performance of accounts, while ensuring work quality and deadline adherence setting client expectations for team
Participates in forecasting and managing budgets while demonstrating the ability to effectively manage projects to maintain profitability and revenue targets
Develops tactical and strategic communications plans for clients in media relations and digital marketing
Creates and drives 360º plans, message development, event management, media training and strategy sessions
Demonstrates practical and advanced understanding of visual communications, social media and the digital landscape and how to incorporate these channels into client programs
Generates original ideas for sustainable online community engagement, help integrate them into plans, measure and evaluate them to ensure they contribute to client goal achievement
Supports and implements a wide range of strategic communication and issues management campaigns for our high profile, globally recognized clients
Participates in cross-area, cross-company and cross-geographical teams to provide clients and prospects with the most compelling proposals
Responsible for inspiring, managing, evaluating, developing and mentoring employees
Supervises and oversees junior staff’s work products to ensure quality and consistency, and provide ongoing constructive feedback on performance, compliance and ethical business conduct;
junior staff includes Account Coordinators, Account Executives and Senior Account Executives
