Development of the baseline for an end-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain analytics in Teva Global Operations (TGO) across all planning capabilities, aligning process maps, metric standards and information available to leverage across Teva supply chain.
This baseline will support a segmented view of global demand, inventory & supply, allowing users and stakeholders to filter and drill down into all E2E analysis, details and calls to action
Involved in several projects to improve the Sales & Operations process (S&OP) and to design and implement strategic best in class operation practices
Main Tasks and Activities
As part of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence, work on the daily projects, segmentation and analytic capabilities oriented to improve Teva Global Operations network, looking to create value to the business by managing inventory, improving CSL, constraints identification and ad-hoc analysis for implementing mitigation plans with a segmentation approach
Support the E2E Supply Analytics implementation ensuring the best projection with the horizons agreed with the functions involved, being the areas in scope : Service Levels, Out of Stock, Inventory, Write-Offs
Analytics on the Service level projection, to detect in advance any deterioration of the service performance, allowing the different stakeholders to understand the impact and facilitating the decision making for corrective actions
Inventory analytics to analyze market and sites inventory status and optimization processes
BS with a quantitative focus, or degrees in : Operations Management, in Engineering, Physics, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Operations, forecasting, demand / inventory planning and / or supply chain management in a FMCG / Pharmaceutical industries or Consulting companies
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Spanish and English : fluent, both spoken and written
Demonstrated expertise in software packages especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with experience in cross-functional projects
Experience in developing BI Solutions, Solver Models and Optimization Data Models
Demonstrated usage of analytic tools (Qlikview, SAS ) to consolidate and cross-check large amount of data to help decision making process and understand the business drivers
Interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels
Results oriented profile is key to meet the objectives both in quality and time
