As a Market Intelligence Manager , your main duty will be to build and share structured market intelligence to support better decision taking about how to win in the markets : Identify consumer insights, understand drivers and barriers per segments and markets, validate Heura comms and Innovation proposals, summarize markets dynamics, track Heura performance and identify opportunities, compile competition activities.
Build one source of truth. You will create the Marketing intelligence hub, connecting the dots across different sources of information, managed with limited budget.

Create strong fact-based storytelling Work with Marketing, Sales and Communications to develop convincing, easy-to-understand and fact-based arguments : Sales stories, activation recommendations, performance reports.
Your recommendations will have business and social impact, this is a strategic role.
Optimize limited budget. Identify and take advantage of potential sources of information : agency reports, sector congresses, public authorities, sales contacts, social media Translate this information into organized and shared intelligence.
Look for and negotiate international deals with most efficient suppliers, using agile and online methodologies vs traditional more expensive research.
Connect Sales -Comms R&D. Support all Commercial and Innovation functions understanding real needs and providing solutions.

You will rock at this role if
More than anything else, you care about the mission, and you see it as a personal problem to be solved professionally.
You have 4+ years of experience in an Insights / Market Research position in FMCG, ideally Food Industry, and 2+ years experience in Marketing roles.
Your analytical skills are your strength and you are used to deal with different sources of information : quantitative, qualitative, destructured.
You are a strategic thinker; drawing the big picture from different pieces of information, dealing with uncertainty gaps as something normal.
The FMCG Model has no secrets for you; you are marketi oriented understanding the consumer and channel dynamics.
You love being an activator, making things happen and bringing great leadership skills to push key projects in order to drive targeted results.
You thrive in an ever-changing structure and show flexibility and willingness to share your curiosity and an innovative way of thinking
You speak English fluently.
