We are looking for individuals with proven experience in software web development with Angular technology, web design, and architecture to help us build new innovative products for the utility industry.
As part of the team you will be designing and implementing new products and modules and enhancing existing products while keeping a strong focus on the customers’ requirements and also on quality assurance.

Our office is located in Barcelona, Spain, however the majority of our management and staff work remotely from their homes.
This position is open to qualified individuals living anywhere in Spain and willing to work remotely from home and to travel to Barcelona on occasion.
Reporting to the Development Team Lead, the Senior Software Engineer will :
Work on the analysis and design of the new features to be developed by the Web Team in coordination with Product Management and Tech Leads
Analyze and propose enhancements for the current infrastructure and architecture of the web apps being maintained by the Web Team
Coaching and mentoring for other members of the Web Team working in the front-end area
Monitor emerging technologies and new versions of the frameworks in use in the front-end to upgrade / migrate when required
Produce accurate effort estimates for large and small scale tasks, and work with Development Team Lead to track development progress and timelines
Implementation of the new features in the front-end
Assist with software maintenance tasks assigned to the team bug fixes, customer-driven feature development, etc.
Collaborate with the R&D team on development methodology, processes, and associated tools
Assist Support and Professional Services groups with design reviews and escalated issues
Working with QA, promote best practices to ensure a high level of quality within the team.
