We’re seeking a creative, innovative and independent Internal Communications Manager to join our growing team of internal communicators at Alight NGA HR.
NGA HR has recently been acquired by Alight Solutions and you join at an exciting time for our business. You will primarily be focused on supporting communications and change management interventions related to the ongoing global integration of NGA HR’s 4,500 people into Alight’s organization.
You will work under the direction ofthe Internal Communications Lead for NGA HR to execute on strategy, develop campaigns, create collateral and proof / edit materials for the Alight NGA HR.
As the integration progresses you will support broader Alight-wide communications projects, initiatives and change management approaches.
Based in either our busy Granada or Krakow Delivery centres, you will quickly build meaningful relationships with colleagues to real-time understand colleague sentiment, align with the global communications approach and feed back to the wider team.
A natural influencer, you will be able to represent employee voice throughout your location and across the wider Alight NGA HR business.
You will also become involved in internal communications and employee engagement project support to other areas in the business across Alight NGA HR.
You will enjoy the natural ability to execute and manage projects independently while building relationships with stakeholders and business teams across all levels.

Experience of embedding and advising on best practise change management methodologies.
Ability to independently design, deliver and implement change plans with minimal support or guidance.
Experience of managing complex, multi-country employee engagement projects requiring alignment of multiple stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor on people projects related to employee experience and engagement.
Candidate Specification Essential :
3-5 years of relevant communication experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong writing, editing, and design skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Demonstrated organizational, project management, and presentation skills
Demonstrated relationship management skills
Candidate Specification Desirable :
Experience working within M&A communications
Experience navigating a global, multi-national organization
Previous experience business partnering senior HR and business leaders on change management and engagement strategies.
Location : Krakow, Poland or Granada, Spain.
