At Factorial we're looking for a Junior Account Manager for the UK Market to help us take the company to the next level.

The roleAs a Junior Account Manager, you will act as the first point of contact with some of our most valued clients in the UK, you will become our client's most trusted advisor, and you'll have a direct impact on increasing customers' satisfaction.

You will be part of the Account Management team within Customer Experience and you will be in charge of advising, retaining, and growing a specific portfolio of clients.

One of your greatest challenges will be to create long-term relationships with your clients, understand their processes and problems, detect critical software improvements and expand your accounts revenue.

What will I be doing? Building strong relationships with our clients through regular communication Advising our clients, making sure they make the most of the product and that they are aware of all product updates Retaining your portfolio of clients by ensuring they are satisfied with our Factorial Finding creative solutions to our client's problems Upgrading our clients to higher subscription plans, detecting and closing potential upsell opportunities Requirements You are organized and a good decision-maker You are a good communicator and you empathize easily with people You have a digital profile : you enjoy and adapt easily to new tech tools You enjoy negotiating and finding win-win solutions You can hold a business conversation in English Spanish is a big plus Factorial and its missionFactorial is an HR Software start-up founded 5 years ago, we've won awards and received outstanding customer feedback since day one.
