Job DescriptionTechStyle Fashion Group is currently looking for a Head of Acquisition Growth, Automation and Analytics, based in Barcelona.

Experience with using digital marketing tools, ad platforms and data tools for visualization, analysis and reporting;Technical expertise to ensure that data quality and accuracy is in place to help the manager and the organization to make data-driven decisions;
Align with key stakeholders in order to build out best fitting attribution and acquisition model;Lead the creation and execution of the acquisition automation roadmap for TFG;
Definition of the best technology to use in order to manage acquisition processes and multifunctional campaigns, across multiple channels, automatically;
Identify and implement the best set of tools designed to streamline and simplify most time-consuming responsibilities of acquisition managers;
Collaborate with acquisition manager in order to automate acquisition marketing campaigns both to increase spend, maximize efficiency and reduce human error;
Experience partnering with product teams to develop and evolve the acquisition automation needs;Outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization;
Leverage your expertise to identify and define the most critical priorities and establish best practices for the team.Experience working with international markets and ability to collaborate with international colleagues;
Partner with cross-functional in Media Buyers, Product Management, Data Science and Engineering to enable the delivery of the highest impact work.
Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects;
Results-oriented, energetic and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed;Skills and Qualifications : Proficient in Tableau and Excel;
Experience in SQL, Python, predictive modelling and applying statistical techniques to conduct descriptive and predictive analysis in growth marketing domain;
Advanced project management skills with extreme attention to detail;Understanding of digital and growth marketing KPI’s and direct experience in designing and driving them in digital operations.
Working knowledge of data analysis, aggregation, modelling and visualization.Experience with subscription brands, a plusWhat’s in it for you?
