Position Overview

The Partner Success team in Autodesk Global Consulting Deliver is looking for a versatile individual who has experience in program management, partnering, project management and charismatic facilitation skills to enable Autodesk Service Providers through design, preparation, delivery and needs assessment of training and development programs to increase Service Providers consulting capacity and capability.

The Partner Enablement Manager will be accountable for the execution of world class training and enablement for Autodesk's Service Providers in the region.

Specifically, this position is responsible for long-term partner enablement with new and existing partners by being attentive to their immediate needs and leveraging appropriate global enablement programs and company resources to address how partner consultants and service oriented staff increase their ability to sell and deliver best in class services to customers using Autodesk products.

The Partner Enablement Manager will work with the Partner Success Manager and together their involvement with the Partner will encompass the entire lifecycle of the relationship - beginning with the initial on-boarding and carry through to a mature, services capable Partner.

Partner interaction will be done over the phone and / or via Zoom / Skype, with face to face meetings as deemed necessary and / or appropriate.

The Partner EnablementManager will work both independently and in concert with the Autodesk Customer Success team including Solution Executives, Sales, Partner Cloud Enablement resources, Partner Success Manager, Partner Infrastructure Lead, Autodesk Consulting delivery and the technical support team.

Together, these teams are responsible to ensure partnership longevity, quality delivery of services, systematic growth of partner service business, and achievement of Autodesk adoption targets and KPI’s.

Responsibilities

  • Create and Review partner training and enablement plans
  • Help Partners Accelerate adoption of new solutions by helping prioritize projects and support activities that deliver the best ROI within the shortest timeframe
  • Build out custom partner training tracks based on type and skill sets / capabilities of partners
  • Take lead on building out the technical components of the program
  • Work with partners to acquire software needed to train and enable their teams
  • Monitor the co-selling and co-delivery activities with assigned Partners in key accounts
  • Assist in estimating projects with Partners and proposals, customer success plans (when needed)
  • Perform service quality audits of partner engagements for CSAT
  • Hand over key components of our IP and Practice that will make Partners successful-including Autodesk Consulting and CS (Customer Success Manager)
  • Consult with Partner on their opportunity pipeline, and assistance they need in closing capability gaps either through training or collaboration with other partners
  • Along with the Partner Success Managers (PSM) lead partner deal reviews coordinating with necessary internal Autodesk resources as required
  • Work with PSMs on identifying and closing gaps in partner capabilities and monitoring delivery status and quality
  • Monitor partner capacity models and grow partner participation in the program based on demand
  • Monitor program effectiveness with Partners and with our Partner’s Customers and make recommendations for change as needed to Partner Success Managers
  • Participate in Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews
  • Communicate on services trends and patterns that are developing in the marketplace
  • Work with partners in developing solutions to expand their services footprint and improve customer utilization of Autodesk products
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven track record of scoping, building and executing integrated enablement programs and strategies
  • Effective at synthesizing and distilling large amounts of data and drawing next steps and opportunities for optimization
  • Effective at working cross-functionally and collaboratively to influence and align global initiatives and priorities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, self- directed and results-oriented
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • 5+ years experience in sales and / or sales enablement, or a similar sales support role, preferably in biotech
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years and a Masters degree; or equivalent work experience
