The Coordination & Quality Engineer will :

  • Manage and lead in the coordination of new launch product
  • Provide necessary, accurate, and timely feedback of all pertinent information to co-workers and management.
  • Organize and maintain project files to make sure files are up to date and accurate.
  • Effectively communicate with co-workers and different department involved to enhance teamwork and communication initiatives.
  • Lead cross functional teams in the design, development and implementation of new process toolings
  • Conduct regular cross-functional collaboration meetings with Design department, Marketing Department, Purchase Department, Sales Department to ensure that timing and priorities are aligned across departments
  • Realization of WF As-Is and WF-To be of company processes
  • Carrying out the basic documentation for a QMS system
  • Organize and attend program meetings / conference calls with other departments as well as factories
  • Keep up to date and accurate all documentation included in QMS
  • Generate Standards and procedure in company
  • Lead Continuous Improvement Projects
  • Implementation of continuous improvement (Kaizen)
  • Support to Quality Assurance Engineer
  • The Coordination & Quality Engineer must have :

  • Minimum experience 2 years in similar position
  • Technical Engineering
  • High adaptability and strong capacity to cope with daily unexpected changes.
  • Experience in keeping projects on track, meeting milestones
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and drive on-time completion of programs with a high degree of detail
  • High level of MS Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with Project )
  • Strong self-motivation, with ability to manage personal work load with minimal supervision
  • Ability and willingness to work well in a team-based work setting, building effective work relationships using collaboration skills
  • Excellent english communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong organization skills, including detail-oriented project-management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional professional attributes of dependability and confidentiality
  • Experience in AQPQ Methodology and PPAP Methology
  • Ability to multi-task
  • The candidate will be part of a retail multinational company
