How to contribute to our vision

Management of product development, technology development, cost out, process / tools and any other project related to sub-module in ON Technology Nacelle Module (Management of project portfolio).

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Responsibility of the project from implementation through completion.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support the project initiative in collaboration with business users and stakeholders.

Develop full-scale project plans and monitor adherence to master plan and schedules.

Align time schedules with TE stakeholders and other stakeholders.

Monitor project performance to ensure the team stays on approved timeline, manage budget performance, identify risks involved in a project and mitigate those risks.

Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

Reporting of sub-module project activities through module KPIs (i.e. project / product cost, time, quality, functionality and customer satisfaction).

Be self-motivated, able to think quickly and address problems as they arise.

Drive a high performance culture through strong leadership, and effective team management using varied resources across multiple geographical departmental, and organizational silos.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for

A structured team player with excellent communication skills, who have experience working with diverse and cross functional teams from different cultures and countries.

You thrive working in an ever changing organization, and can work under tight deadlines. You can motive other team members, and not afraid of lending a hand if needed.

You should ideally have a Master's degree in Engineering e.g. Mechanical Engineering, with min. 5+ years' experience as a Technical Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully completed NDP Projects from the renewable energy or similar sectors.

It will be an advantage if you have the IPMA D or above certification.

You have advanced working skills in MS Office package, and if you have knowledgeworking with Siemens NX and Teamcenter will be an advantage.

Excellent English skills both written and verbal is required, and Spanish is an advantage.
