The Basque Centre for Climate Change (BC3) is looking for candidates who can support its activities related to the assessment of policies in the transition to a low-carbon, sustainable and inclusive society.
The selected candidates will contribute to the analysis of the energy transition and climate and energy policies that will carried out by the Low Carbon team and BC3 in different projects, mainly in Spain but also in the European Union.
The candidate is expected to :
Having experience in using and developing quantitative techniques to perform policy assessments is highly value as well as the ability to create networks with decision-makers based on cooperation and co-production of knowledge.
Having a Master degree or a PhD is value, but it is not compulsory. Applicants should have excellent interpersonal as well as communication skills (both written and oral) in Spanish and English.
An excellent level of Spanish is compulsory for this call.
