We are a Bosch company but we do not produce tangible objects such as DIY tools or car parts. Service is our product. We provide services and complex technology driven solutions in the area Business Process Outsourcing, and this makes us unique in the Bosch world.

Put simply : We take over some operations from other companies and run these for them, allowing them to focus on their core business.

We do so using future oriented technologies such as RPA, cognitive robotics or artificial intelligence. We work with leading companies from the automotive, travel, tourism, building and telecommunications sectors across the world as well as other Bosch units.

We complement any product with a solid service delivered 24 / 7 across all channels or design new service models, optimally fitted to the needs of end-customers.

We ensure that each interaction with end-users is as smooth and efficient as possible, so that products or brands leave a lasting positive impression.

The list of our services is truly endless. To name just a few : We save lives with our back-to-back management of eCall in cars, monitor international cargo, get people out of broken-down elevators, manage social media interactions, run the IT hotline for Bosch or simply are the voice of customer service or technical support.

As part of the Bosch group, we operate in one of its four main business areas the Building and Energy Technologies unit.

There is a historical reason for it. We used to be part of Bosch Security Systems (producer of security hardware and security solutions).

For them we managed for e.g. on-going product maintenance or the emergency and monitoring call center.

We were responsible for contacts with clients and third parties (e.g. technicians). We specialized in the service around the security product, which laid the ground for becoming a Bosch unit in its own right, specializing in service and Customer Experience.

Job Description

If you’re looking for a valuable opportunity with the global leader of BPO, Bosch Service Solutions has an internship for you! BSO is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Intern to support the daily operations of the HR Department with attention to International Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (TA) :

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and service-oriented team player to join our Human Resources team as an International Recruitment Intern.

In this role, you will report to the Recruitment Team. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of a wide variety of HR services related to Talent Acquisition, onboarding and retention initiatives and HR workforce metrics.

Some of your main functions will be :

Use effective communication techniques to build strong relationships through regular face to face or telephone interviews with international candidates

Qualify vacancy with the International Recruiter and Hiring Manager, agreeing shortlist criteria, screening criteria and interview process

Coordinating interview schedules and Role Plays

Source and review resumes, as well as help monitor candidates through the hiring process

Provide support for the team ensuring data and administrative processes are completed and accurate

To provide full life cycle administrative support for the Human Resources team

Post all positions to appropriate posting boards and social media sites; monitor their effectiveness and manage the expiration dates.

Participate on Employee Engagement activities.

Assist with the employee life cycle from beginning to end, including employee welcome procedures, onboarding and offboarding employees.

As we know this might be challenging, we make sure that you receive a customized learning plan to ensure you get the right level of coaching, feedback and on-the-job training as you deliver your daily work.

Qualifications

Current enrollment in an undergraduate Human Resources or related degree program with an emphasis in Human Resources, Business or Communications.

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle stressful situations in an efficient, professional manner.

Must have a sense of team response to satisfy Recruitment and Hiring goals and assure candidate satisfaction.

Fluency in English (C1 Level) is required. Multiple language capability is desirable. Fluency in Spanish will be a big plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office with high proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Candidates must be available to work full time (39 Hours per Week), Monday to Friday, from 08 : 30 to 17 : 30. Candidates must be available for a five-six months internship starting in JULY 2022.

Candidates can work remotely but must be based in Barcelona, for internal meetings, trainings and other events.

Candidates must hold a NIE number before starting their internship.
