What you become part of :

As Senior Manager, PPM within the European Finance team, you will be the Business Partner of the Commercial Development team.

This is a very exciting position, in which you will contribute to the strategic financial agenda related to new product launches, OBPPC strategies, retailers and other customer pricing terms and conditions, pay for performance programs, channel plans, corridor management, insights generation.

You will prove your influencing skills by managing projects and processes with both finance and commercial functions throughout CCEP territories, both central and local teams, for new and existing brands.

The role may also require supporting consultants and other functions like legal or tax. Partnering with Countries and European Group management will offer you an excellent opportunity to further develop your leadership competencies.

Role is meant to be adaptive to rapidly changing environment and to engage effectively the BU counterparts, leading to successful market initiatives and tangible results.

You will report directly into the Director, PPM Commercial Finance and will be based in any of our locations.

What to expect :

As Senior Manager, PPM, you will be a Business partner for the Commercial Development team and as such, your analysis, insights and inputs will be used to influence decisions in a variety of areas : Pan European projects, New Product Developments, Business Unit coordination and governance, and Long term and Annual Business Plans.

As finance business partner you will ensure to efficiently identify, prioritize and satisfy our multiple Business Partners requirements, implement innovative and sustainable ready to use analytical materials to support and monitor key strategic projects (ie : New product launches, geographical extensions, price and conditions policies, etc).

You will provide highly comprehensive recommendations resulting from financial insights to support the strategic decision making process and identification of future opportunities (e.

g. actual & forecasted benchmarking & financial performance of brands, packages, channel and customer down to the Operating Income).

For the financial assessment of CCEP’s Pan-EU innovation pipeline you will also work closely together with the Central KO WEBU finance function as a virtual team.

You will support Finance business planning team and commercial development teams in the LRP and ABP processes, engaging your Business Partners, EUG FP&A and BU PPM Marketing to ensure that plans and in accordance with the CCEP’s strategy.

Skills & Essentials :

To be successful in this role, you will have proven financial knowledge and Business Case management expertise along with recognized financial qualification.

You are a strategic thinker, with strong analytical skills and creative thought processes. You also have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to speak and write English with complete fluency the ability to speak other languages especially Spanish, German or French would be an asset.
