About the role

ABOUT THE ROLE Analytics is a capability which is becoming more important as we start to mature in our data and is a critical enabler, especially with the move of A&P spend to Digital Engagement.

As a result, this is a high focus area for the company and this has led to the creation of the Analytics Service Team under the combined area of Marketing, Business Intelligence and Analytics.

Our vision is to work alongside the newly formed Strategy, Insights and Analytics team as well as supporting our Geographies and Functions to enable data driven insights and decisions.

As a key member of the Analytics team you will need to have a desire to lead change, challenge the status quo and bring together our Data, Tools and Processes to deliver value added insights.

Your key purpose will be to ensure we shape our Analytics Service and that Functions and the Geographies understand how to leverage it and drive value.

This is a significant Change’ project where multi-level influence will be critical to ensure cultural changes as well as technology’ deployed.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

  • Contribute and Support the evolution of the Analytics Services Strategy
  • Deliver projects and engagements as per the GBS Delivery methodology assigned
  • Ambassador and Evangelist of Analytics within GBS and with our business partners
  • Work alongside our Business Partners to ensure capabilities are understood, interpreted and actions identified
  • Build Subject Matter Expertise in a key functional area (Commercial, Marketing, Operations or Finance)Detailed Level responsibilities
  • Management of Demand Pipeline which could be requested by partners or identified internally as opportunities
  • Innovate with current Solutions or New to Bacardi Analytics technologies
  • Defining and documenting ways of working within the team, ensuring this is reusable
  • Project Management of Solutions through Internal BI Service team and / or external Vendor Partners
  • Own and Deliver Data Preparation and Modelling Services I.e. Data design, Data Validation and Data Integrity
  • Management of Solutions lifecycle through handing over to teams within BI Services or identifying those to enrich, propose for portfolio or
  • Stay abreast of changes (external and Internal) in this dynamic and fast-moving area
  • Development of reporting and analytics alongside our business partners
  • Learning all Core technologies and how to build reports and queries from the data
  • Knowledge Management of our Data Assets
  • Support or Own Change Management to include trainingThis role is varied and either home based, or office based but it is expected that you will be able to travel if needed to support meeting business objectives.

    CRITICAL EXPERIENCES FOR SUCCESS To be successful in this role you will have / be :

  • Willing to adapt, learn and work in ambiguity
  • Analytical thinking and mathematical application of statistical analysis
  • Project Management / Service Delivery Experience
  • Stakeholder Management and Relationship Management experience
  • Good working knowledge of Bacardi Ways of Working and Data Assets across our landscape
  • Experience of delivering Rapid Prototypes and Assignments (Concept to delivery)
  • Excellence in Execution able to create a sense of urgency and focus on High Value items
  • Business Intelligence and reporting
  • Commercial and Operations Client Management and SMEThe following experiences are preferred :
