An important startup is looking to hire a Business Growth Manager to accelerate the growth of the business in the Spanish market in the coming years.
The candidate will be in charge of managing and growing the company in Spain and to multiply existing active customers by 5x by the end of 2019.
The Business Growth Manager of Spain will be responsible of : Creating a strategic city-based marketing plan and executing it.
Coordinating creative, brand and sales advertising, PR, CRM and agency partnerships to execute the marketing plan. Establishing retail and online partnerships for distribution of TAPP products in stores and online in Spain.
Identify new sales channels and cities for growth in Spain. Managing budget (revenue and costs) according to plan. Representing TAPP in events, fairs or other agreed conferences or trade shows.
Supporting in operations for Amazon incl. content optimization, advertising, and customer support. Supporting in website operations incl.
content, SEO, conversion optimization, customer support, etc. Working with other Business Growth Managers (North America, Italy and Germany) to identify synergies and align and adjust strategies to meet company goals.
Measuring and reporting the status of goal achievement to the Sales & Marketing Director The following proven experience is mandatory for the role : Five years in marketing roles, managing sales and partnerships.
Three years of managing a region / market independently in a fast growing startup. Creative skills to come up with and execute non-
traditional marketing activities. Native Spanish speaker and excellent English Outstanding communication skills (written and oral).
Analytical mindset. Proactivity. Hands-on mindset. Organization skills. Capability of working independently as well as part of a team.
