We are offering a 6 months internship, renewable and that can lead to a permanent contract !
Your primary responsibility is to support the fast-growing Customer Success (CS) team, in particular the Onboarding function, by reliably maintaining and improving business reports and processes.
The internship will provide you with a broad and deep understanding of Customer Success Management responsibilities in developing successful client programs and partnerships.
Your tasks will include (but will not be limited to) :
Supporting Onboarding team members on data analysis, client reports and presentation preparation
Participation in some client calls or client facing communications
Other operational ad’hoc support to the Onboarding team
Maintenance of CSM business unit reporting tools, dashboards and reports (via EcoForce, ClicData, Excel, )
Align with stakeholders to ensure tools support operational requirements
Create models to answer current business questions; validate and understand the conclusions
Teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of EcoVadis services and to maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere
Contribute to internal projects of formalization and standardization of Onboarding processes with a positive impact on team efficiency and quality
A demonstrated commitment to CSR and sustainability fields
Strong skills in Google Suite and MS Office, especially exceptional Excel and Powerpoint skills (analytics & data visualization, including the ability to communicate quantitative data into a visually engaging story and to organize / integrate large amounts of information into concise presentation)
Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and verbal)
Demonstrated ability to pick up new skills proactively. Effective time manager and multi-tasker able to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment.
Self-driven, results oriented and team player
Experience with building dashboards and / or with monitoring / reporting
