We are united by our mission and by our culture of valuing each other, our cities, and our planet. The Deployment Logistics Manager role is a key part of the Global Fleet Team.

This person will participate in developing the most advanced fleet of electric vehicles in the world, including electric scooters, electric cars, electric bicycles, and other types of light electric vehicles in San Francisco, Barcelona, Santiago and rapidly expanding across the world.

This person is a strategic & tactical owner responsible for building the logistics programs for our European deployment.

As a Deployment Logistics Manager, you will

  • Lead transportation and warehousing with internal and 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) partners to ensure vehicles and accessories arrive on-
  • time for deployment preparation

  • Work with shipping partners, handle logistics and optimization of supply chains associated with vehicles, batteries, and parts for ongoing maintenance.
  • Track on-time, on-budget, on-spec delivery. Cultivate trusting, reliable supplier relationships
  • Lead procurement initiatives for vehicle direct materials and supporting engineering services
  • Proactively engage with Scoot HQ Supply Chain team to support regional initiatives and cost savings
  • Lead the day-to-day process of ensuring successful partnerships (milestone adherence, change order management, quality assurance, cost control, etc.
  • and build supplier performance assessments to support future sourcing decisions

  • Support and inform internal stakeholders with respect to supplier selection and management
  • Relevant experience and mindset :

  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics or purchasing in automotive, 3PL or consumer electronics business
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Transport management. Master is preferred.
  • Ability to travel internationally (up to 70%)
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Enjoy working as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong understanding circuit fundamentals and troubleshooting
  • Experience with analytical tools like Looker, Chartio, or Tableau (or SQL experience)
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, French a plus
