This is a great opportunity to join a Mobility Tech Startup that is growing very fast in Spain and as Head of Commercial Ops, you’ll drive key decisions and initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders across the company, you’ll oversee commercial & mobility operations and report directly to the Country Manager.

We’re looking for someone who exhibits the intellectual curiosity, rigor and self-awareness needed to take on challenges that span the breadth of the business.

Your mission will be to support the launch of the company in Spain, by setting up and managing the commercial and operations processes to provide customers with the best possible experience.

The company has its own patented technology and operate globally.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • You will design and execute the operational strategy with input from the global team. On a day-to-day basis, this means ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and loaded exactly when and where our customers need them.
  • You will also manage the customer relationship through call center management. You'll accomplish this by managing the company operations, call center and mechanical staff, while continually building a highly efficient operations team as we grow.

  • In addition, you will be responsible for commercial & operational strategy, process establishment and driving innovative solutions in the market that will determine the success of not only your market, but the success globally.
  • You will need to have proven leadership and organizational skills and experience, combined with a strong analytical ability and a mindset for continuous optimization.
  • Areas : Fleet management :

    Fleet management :

    make sure the fleet is intact, active on the street and that the main KPIs are reached.

    Warehouse Management

    Manage inventory and ensure repair goals are met.

    Call center management

    manage the call center team and the systems that allow and facilitate daily and strategic control and management.

    Stakeholder Management :

    project management and working with multiple company stakeholders for joint objectives

    Team Management :

    Lead and advise operations and call center partners and internal customers effectively

    Data Analytics :

    Collect, analyze, and incorporate operational data to monitor performance and identify key opportunities to improve performance.

    Problem solving :

    operating a technology platform and capital assets in dynamic urban environments. All kinds of obstacles, barriers and problems happen on a daily basis and you must be prepared to solve them as quickly as they happen.

    Commercial & Business Growth :

    You will work on solutions that scale operations that contribute to the growth of our business. Your processes and projects will directly impact the growth of the market.

    Requirements :

  • Min. 7 years of proven success in operations or business consulting (technology, logistics or related sector) with at least 3 years of experience in team management.
  • Bachelor's degree : A degree in Business, Logistics or Economics is preferred.
  • It is imperative to have strong Excel skills and experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Interpersonal skills : able to build strong relationships, lead a team, manage employees, and create a fun but hard-working workplace.
  • Communication skills : Concise with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information quickly while highlighting key knowledge.
  • Organizational skills : history of implementing new processes and standards combined with a practical mindset
  • Professional fluency in English plus the local language.
  • Bonus :
  • Familiarity (much desired) with the geography of the local market + transport systems, user habits, etc.
  • International experience in a startup or other rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience in rent a car and / or shared mobility.
  • Microsoft Suit + BI & Access.
