Your role, and what you’ll be doing : Your role as Solution Engineering Manager will be part of our SEMMEA leadership team, with responsibility for managing a team of customer facing Solution Engineers (pre-sales) whilst driving regional business goals and initiatives.
The geo coverage is Italy and Iberia countries. You will work closely with your counterparts, whilst utilising your network of business relationships, to drive collaboration, and develop, implement and drive strategies for revenue growth for your region.

Some of your key responsibilities : Hire, retain and coach high performing, diverse and inclusive teams Partner with Sales Management to support and overachieve business goals Engage Customer CxO and Top stakeholders to help them driving Innovation through Data, Analytics and AI Build growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer care Master and evangelise the benefits, features and application of Tableau’s products and the overall integration with the rest of Salesforce Customer 360 solutions Utilise your network to and experience to support closing business with key customers Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in strategic accounts and partners Lead change management processes Required skills : Experienced Leader exceptional people management experience gained in a similar role Achiever consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory Good Analytic Capabilities being organized and able to work many tasks at the same time Technically Astute Background in solution engineering, with a broad technical awareness.
Ideally experience and knowledge in some of; Business Intelligence, ETL, Analytics, Big Data, Data Science, Databases, Data Warehousing and / or Software Architecture Communication Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business audiences Domain Successful background in customer facing solution engineering functions.
