Our Marketing Department in Madrid (Spain) is looking immediately for a highly motivated

Marketing Specialist B2B & Retail Iberia (f / m)

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Develop & implement trade marketing plans and activities across all B2B channels and Retail for the sloggi or Triumph brand in close collaboration with the sales team
  • Develop close working relationships, both internally and externally, particularly within the sales function
  • Maintain strong internal relationships with Sales & Product teams to ensure marketing plans are supported internally, commercial, relevant and aligned to local & regional sales and marketing objectives
  • Work together with sales & product teams to sell in new product, concepts & campaigns (inc. development of tools, trade shows, events and internal meetings / conferences)
  • Supporting the sales team in developing on brand’ tools and communication assets to win new business
  • Run seasonal sell in analysis to understand product distribution across B2B and Retail environment
  • Build relevant & localised B2B bespoke marketing plans for key accounts with a focus on maintaining on brand’ presence in stores and maximizing sell thru
  • Develop localized hyper relevant assets (such as shoppable content for in store screens etc) ensuring alignment across EU markets
  • Building a simple, streamlined B2B marketing approach in lower level hyper accounts (such as in store props, POS, shelf barkers or temporary fixtures) delivered seasonally to support in store sell thru
  • Your ideal profile :

  • Minimum 4 years wholesale or trade marketing gained in similar industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of / experience working with hyper / FMCG accounts
  • Proven success in building presence in store, demonstrating ability to drive presence, engagement & sell thru
  • Excellent Portuguese and English skills must have, Spanish an asset
  • Project management to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with external and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proactive, practical and hands-on approach
  • Ability to inspire via strong communication, and interpersonal skills
