MISSION
The Artwork Excellence Implant will be responsible for managing right first time artwork delivery within the UKI business, working in the marketing team to bridge the gap between PMA, Danone brand manager, Danone Operations, Design Agencies and the PMA studio to ensure excellent execution.
Complex coordination between internal and external partners, removing roadblocks, driving process compliance, driving process compliance, quality of packaging and making sure timelines are met.
This role can be worked from any location.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Understand marketing needs for packaging change. Challenging hard change versus soft change to reduce Raw Material Write off
Review and challenge marketing brief to ensure PAM will not waste time in the artwork execution. Ensure labelling sheet & cutter guide are correct
Develop graphic chain timeline for each material change. Liaising with local & factory operational teams on file to print / first production date
Initiate project with supply points, complete graphic chain template & material creation process
Manage onsite PMA to ensure right first time delivery, removing blockers & clarifying priorities
Act as escalation to chase marketing, regulatory, quality, printers, factories for artwork & repro approval as required
Accountable for process compliance, governance, KPI management & continuous improvement
Manages the artwork forecast & planning
