Company from the Oil & Gas industry is looking for candidates for the position of Chief Engineer to join a Drilling Project in Saudi Arabia.

Role Description

Hold complete responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the engine room, any maintenance of machinery and, according with Company Procedures, for the operation of any DP control power generation on ship powered by main propulsion machinery of 3.

000 kW propulsion power or more

As key member of the onboard crew, ensure the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of vessel equipment and machinery according to International conventions and regulations, Flag state requirements, Class requirements, local requirements and regulations and Company policy

Whenever required, act as MS (Maintenance Supervisor) as defined in IMO resolution A. 1079 (28)

As part of the VMT of the vessel, shall ensure the best performance of the vessel and its crew to achieve the projects requirements

Requirements

Experience on a drilling Jack-up (cyber rig) and valid offshore certificates.
