Responsibilities and Duties
Helping players discover our games
Design, create, manage and optimize UA campaigns for our mobile games
Deep-dive into the details of ongoing performance analysis, creative & targeting A / B tests with its accounts housekeeping
Collaboratively work with various teams within the broader organization
Conduct competitive and macro-level research by staying informed on industry changes that impact the overall success of our media buying
Identify, develop and analyze key performance indicators
Run on-going A / B testing on different activity parameters
Provide creative copy suggestions and advert ideas
Experience in Mobile User Acquisition is a must (Gaming is an advantage)
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, TikTok, Facebook and Ad Networks (other channels are a plus)
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Calculated Formulas) - Must
Highly analytical, self-motivated and a team player
Autonomous worker with excellent time management skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Data-Driven mindset and Creative thinking, with an ability to read & understand data.
