certify products to meet our health and sustainability standards. World's leading businesses come to us to support their transition to more circular approaches and carbon management.
We develop software platforms that help our clients track and measure environmental, supply chain, health, and safety management and sustainability data.
As our global footprint continues to grow, we are looking to hire a number of Senior Sales Executives who will be responsible for sales of UL’s sustainability software suite to new and existing customers across Europe.
What you’ll learn & achieve :
Responsible for individual sales and pipeline generation and reporting via our CRM (Salesforce)
Identifies and pursues prospects through various lead generation activities, including events, webinars, email, cold calling and via assigned client accounts
Quickly pick-up and develop inbound leads
Coordinates responses to Requests for Information / Proposal / Quotation / Tender
Meet with prospects(either individually or leading a team) to identify and qualify their needs including understanding decision makers, delivery timeframe, budget status, challenge and pain points, and competition status
Supports the development of sales presentations and presents to potential new clients following a disciplined consultative selling strategy that fully leverages the full portfolio of UL services
Provides value propositions, handles complex objections, prepares quotes and closes sales by getting prospects’ commitments with little or no supervision
Meets or exceeds assigned sales target on a quarterly basis
Identifies and resolves a wide range of issues with little or no supervision
Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices
What makes you a great fit :
You’ll already have a demonstrable sales record, ideally selling sustainability, ESG or EHS reporting software or services
Experience or keen interest working as a consultant or professional responsible for CSR or ESG reporting
Experience in SaaS sales and / or extensive knowledge of UL’s products and services
Extensive knowledge of consultative sales processes - target and commercially driven
Negotiation to identify opportunities for advantage or compromise and directing people accordingly
Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules to senior level management and customers
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experienced and confident with software systems
Excellent organisational skills, numeracy skills, logical approach with an eye for detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrates the ability to understand the context in which others are working and to influence by modifying communications accordingly
IT skills : Full working Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT are essential. Understanding of Salesforce is desirable
