The role has responsibility for providing Level 1 application system support to JD Edwards business users. Works with Financial Service centre, architects and technical specialist to translate technical requirement into solutions which support / improve the operations.
Creates and maintains technical specifications and processes using structured analysis and data modelling techniques of JD Edwards.
Analyses, proposes and implements or directs the implementation of improvements or innovations in the IT and communications systems to improve present infrastructure conditions.
Ensures that JD Edwards problems reported are properly analyzed and resolver.
Users training and support.
Supervises and reviews the general state of the IT systems and especially of critical process to avoid communication errors or data loss.
Point of contact with external partner and development consultant in some cases.
Management and control of different types of users.
Identification of business requirements and functional design.
Management of level 1 application system support and cascade of level 2 incidences.
Constant improvement in process and procedures. Automation and systems; and integration proposals.
Create reports in Power BI and BI Publisher for business needs for both SSC and Operating Companies.
Leads new JDE projects implementation (Procurement, new modules )

Up to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
JD Edwards knowledge.
