SOBRE PAYFIT Pagar y gestionar a tus empleados nunca ha sido tan fácil!PayFit es una de las startups con mayor crecimiento actualmente en Europa.

Fundada en 2016 en París con una excelente trayectoria hasta la fecha, es una aplicación SaaS de gestión de nóminas y RRHH que tiene como objetivo acompañar a las empresas en su transformación digital, automatizando los distintos procesos y ofreciendo un espacio innovador e intuitivo tanto para los administradores como para los empleados.

Hoy en día más de 3.500 clientes ya confían en el proyecto. Ya son cerca de 400 PayFiters localizados entre París, Barcelona, Berlín, Londres y pronto en Italia.

Esto es solo el principio! PayFit España empezó su actividad a mediados de 2018. Con más de 25 empleados, seguirá creciendo de forma exponencial en los próximos meses.

El objetivo de PayFit es convertirse en el mejor aliado para las pymes y acompañarlas en el proceso de digitalización de nóminas y RRHH.

En junio de 2019 PayFit cierra su cuarta ronda de financiación de 70M€.Esta operación permite la entrada de los fondos Eurazeo y Bpifrance.

En esta misma ronda, también reciben el apoyo de Accel Partners, Frst y Xavier Niel, accionistas históricos de PayFit. PayFit forma parte del top 100 mundial de empresas FinTech 2017 según un informe de KPMG y ha sido reconocida por LinkedIn como la mejor startup para trabajar en Francia en 2018.

Súmate al cohete de PayFit! Who are we ? PayFit simplifies payroll management and HR processes for SMBs. We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus on what really matters : their employees.

Through PayFit, employees have a dedicated access for their payslips and are able to manage efficiently their leave and expense requests.

To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language : JetLang. Thanks to JetLang we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features.

We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services.

We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain and the UK. More than 3000 companies such as Big Mamma, MinuteBuzz or Sellsy to name a few already trust us.

Over 300 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and we have raised 95M€ to keep growing. Your role Product Manager

  • As a PM at PayFit, you work in one of our tribes with an empowered team of designers, developers and data resources,* You imagine and build PayFit's future user experiences either within our Solutions Tribes or our Platform Tribe,* Your goal will be to make PayFit the best employee management solution ever designed,* You are responsible for the quality of the product put into production,* You also take an active part in the discussions on PayFit's strategy and product roadmap.

  • A unique architecture with the JetLang, our home programming language* An international mobility and scope : offices in Paris, Berlin, Barcelona and London* A team of Product Managers which is aggressively growing (6x growth scheduled over the next 10 months) Your missions * Discover and rationalize the problem we need to solve,* Evaluate the business impact we should create,* Imagine with the designers and developers the solution(s) we should create,* Measure and optimize over time in order to reach our business and clients satisfaction KPIs,* Liaise with all the departments to get a proper understanding of the dynamics, needs and opportunities, and ensure alignment,* Participate to the creation and prioritization of the roadmap,* Support the product vision.
  • This job is for you if... * You have at least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager (building and improving B2B SaaS products is a plus),* You are super autonomous but you also know how to work in a team,* You have already worked with engineering and design teams on small scale projects,* You are familiar with agile, lean UX and other product development methods,* You speak English fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment (Spanish, Italian, German or French is a plus),* You have very good communication skills,* You want to be part of an unique adventure : create one of the biggest and most efficient product organization across Europe.
