Reporting directly to the Director of Distribution and Sales, and working closely with the Marketing, Purchasing, Stocks and Management Control departments, your main mission will be demand management and the planning and acquisition of materials in the markets in the that the Company's publications are marketed.
Your day to day will consist of :
Creation of predictive demand algorithms.
Automation of processes and creation of tools for analysis and measurement of results.
Project review and support to the Marketing area in the definition of sales objectives.
Statistical analysis of results to predict behaviors and correct deviations.
Monitoring of kpi's in the Sales and Distribution areas.
Calculation of optimal needs for purchases and runs.
Monitoring of stocks, prediction of breakages, re-supplies and calculation of surpluses for reuse of materials.
Review of monthly results and generation of reportings for the Marketing and Management Control Departments.
Native in German, high level of English.
University degree in the scientific area (Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics or ITM)
Valuable Master or Postgraduate specialized in Supply Chain, Business Intelligence, or Operations Management.
Advanced user of Excel, Access and preferably SQL, OLAP cubes and Visual Basic.
1 year experience in analysis or planning tasks.
Great analytical and management capacity.
Creative, decisive, proactive person, focused on continuous process improvement, multi-tasking, and accustomed to working in changing environments and under pressure.
