It’s an exciting time to join the Vistaprint organization and you’ll have the unique opportunity to join the new EU International Product team.

This team is the engine to extend the assortment in different product categories by delivering new exciting products and delivery services, to improve quality of the existing portfolio, to drive a market leading site experience and to continue building fulfilment competitive advantage by optimizing the cost structure.

What you’ll do all day :

  • Support roadmap / strategy definition. You’ll support the team to define the right product roadmap, including new products, delivery services cost optimizations and quality improvements.
  • Work cross-functionally to execute the strategy. You’ll partner with your cross-functional counterparts to deliver upon the team goals.
  • The Category owners and our partners in MTech, Technology, Procurement, and Manufacturing will work together with you to launch and update products and delivery.

  • Become key user of MCP (Cimpress Platform) Product and Fulfilment tools. You ll use MCP software tools to create SKUs and update specifications so that the product is ready to be merchandized by the Category owner.
  • You ll be very familiar with the different MCP tools and technology teams in order to deliver new products, troubleshooting as well as implement fulfilment strategies.

  • Monitor and support improving our cost structure. You ll be the main point of contact for cost optimization initiatives, managing autonomously these projects with the key stakeholders to make sure they are delivered and properly accounted.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new 3PFs. You ll support the make / buy case and if required support the integration of new fulfillers in the MCP platform.
  • Monitor and improve SLAs. You will monitor the performance of our fulfillers -both internal and external-, proactively acting with them to solve issues, identifying improvement opportunities and driving execution of those.
  • You ll Contact internal teams (VSOs, Fulfiller Operation Support, Pre-Press team, Platform Support, etc ) and / or 3rd Party Fulfillers in EU to solve any order related issues.

    You’ll be measured on how well you :

  • Drive business results. You’ll need to show that you can both think strategically and execute with agility. The team’s KPIs will include metrics such as Cost improvements (variable and total cost), quality / customer satisfaction, product availability and P&L Category / VSO.
  • Create productive partnerships. You’ll need to demonstrate you can work well and develop trusting relationships with a different set of stakeholders.
  • Fulfiller Operation. You ll monitor and support fulfiller and platform performance (on time deliveries, blocked orders in the platform etc).
  • Grow your competency. We are looking for people who can grow with the organization. We’ll want you to prove you can handle more responsibility and complexity.

  • And when that information doesn’t exist, you are able to partner with our stakeholders to get it. You are also comfortable with accessing diverse MCP tools.
